Incanto
Incanto has a unique view; the atmospheric restaurant is located on the first and second floor of a building on the Amstel and overlooks the historic Munttoren and Flower Market. The food is also worth your time, though. The Venetian chef cooks beautiful dishes, such as gnocchi with lobster and wild duck breast with mustard fruit. You can choose from more than 150 different Italian wines.
Let yourself be enchanted
Incanto means 'to enchant'. Mouth-watering dishes don't require a ton of ingredients. Often it is the simplicity, the purity of a dish, that gently enchants you. Nicolō Rossi understands this like no other. He chooses exactly the right proportions for each of his courses and brings them together in such a way that a small chef d'oeuvre emerges out of nowhere.
