Wilde Zwijnen
In April 2010, Wilde Zwijnen opened its doors at Javaplein in Amsterdam Oost. For this team, a Modern Dutch kitchen means: ingredients from Dutch soil, the more the ingredients come from the area, the better. They cook seasonally, also vegetarian and use sustainable fish and game as much as possible.
Menu
Here, you can enjoy a set menu consisting of 3, 4, or 5 courses, supplemented with a cheese board.
There is also an à la carte menu on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.
