Amsterdam Airport Schiphol is connected to Amsterdam Central Station by a railway line, offering the quickest and most convenient transportation option. The ride takes 15 minutes and the trains depart every day and night. There is also a direct connection to Schiphol at stations RAI, Amsterdam Zuid and Hoofddorp.
When travelling to a European destination, it is advisable to arrive at Schiphol Airport at least 2 hours before your scheduled flight. For intercontinental flights, it is recommended to arrive at the airport at least 3 hours prior to departure. This allows you to complete the necessary check-in procedures and security checks without any rush. Trains arrive and depart at Schiphol Plaza, the airport's central hub. From here, you can easily navigate to any departure or arrival hall.
