Provisions have never been taken for granted on this unique fortress island. From canned emergency rations to fresh harvests from their own gardens - the history of food on Pampus is one of clever solutions, survival and local enjoyment.
In 2025, Pampus takes you on a tasty journey: discover how soldiers ate on Pampus, how fort watchmen lived self-sufficiently and how a sustainable food system is now being developed on the island. Come taste, experience and enjoy!
