Museum Zaanse Tijd (Zaan Time Museum)

Timekeeping is at the heart of science and technology, and this museum pays homage to it with its unique focus on the craft of the clockmaker. The Amsterdam Museum can be found on the Amstel, in the building of the H'ART Museum. During a large-scale renovation of the monumental Burgerweeshuis, the Amsterdam Museum will find its temporary home here. With a completely new range of exhibitions, public programmes and children's activities. Here, the Amsterdam Museum will display an entirely new collection presentation that, besides the traditional history of Amsterdam, also offers plenty of space for dissenting voices and lesser-known and more recent histories of the city.

Over 20 years, Galerie Ron Mandos has earned its place of prominence within the Dutch art scene. First opening its doors in Rotterdam in 1999, it has since accrued a roster of over 30 artists from around the globe, becoming an integral nexus-point for artists at all stages of their career. In 2010, the gallery moved to its current location in the Amsterdam gallery district.
