This market offers top-quality wine, fair trade olive oil and olives (there is an olive oil tasting!), homemade tahini cookies and date cake, Zaatar, Sumac, Dukka and other spices, marmalade, hummus kits and much more. There are all sorts of designer gifts including cookbooks, organic Nabulsi soaps, and a variety of scarves and jewellery.

Workshops and more

On both days you can participate in various workshops (such as a Hummus Masterclass, Labneh & Herbs, and the Masterclass Fresh Zaatar Pies) and you can take a look at the exhibitions "The National Hummus Museum".
