Log in to the intermediaries & companies appointment tool
Existing clients of IN Amsterdam can set up appointments for their employees via the appointment tool.
Important notice: our planning tool is temporarily unavailable
We want to inform you that our current planning tool is temporarily disabled as we transition to an improved version. Our new online tool for scheduling appointments, Plan-IN, will be available from 21 May 2024.
Requests made before 15 May will be processed as usual.
On 15 May, you can still make an appointment using our appointment form and then calling IN Amsterdam at +31 (0)20 254 7999.
Between 16 and 20 May, making new appointments will not be possible, and our phone lines will be closed.
If you have an account for our current appointment tool, we will send you a separate email with new login details for access to the new tool. The email will also include a manual with instructions on how to use the tool. If you have not received this email by 21 May, please reach out to welcome@amsterdam.nl.
