Run by The Salvation Army, 50/50 Green is the perfect place for a break among nature and to top up on your five a day. Located in the middle of a residential area, you’ll be surprised to find vegetable patches, greenhouses and a shop offering organic vegetables, which are freshly harvested daily. Depending on the season, you’ll find aubergines, endive, New Zealand spinach, cucumber and garlic. Feel free to look around and chat with the gardeners. Many of them can use a helping hand and are motivated by the beauty and power of nature.
