In honor of International Women's Day, we are organizing an in-house day for female students who are interested in how the business world works. We are aware of the general gender differences in the business world. That is why we want to bring women together during this event to make meaningful connections and explore how we can reduce differences.

Introduction and knowledge sharing are central during this event. You will have the opportunity to connect with like-minded female students, and you will also meet Deloitte colleagues from different fields. They can tell you about their personal experiences and learning path, but also about our organization, the working atmosphere, how we are committed to DE&I and the opportunities available to you after your studies.
There is also an interactive workshop with which you can sharpen your professional skills. Finally, we will end the event in a fun and informal way while enjoying a drink.

This event is aimed for ambitious female bachelor and master students from all backgrounds and universities, whether you are interested in economics and business administration, finance, marketing, HR or a more quantitative STEM fields.
