What is Bedrijven in Zicht?

Bedrijven in Zicht (translation: Companies in Sight) is an open business event that takes place from September 23-28, 2024. Organised by the Regionaal Werkcentrum, the event provides a platform for companies in the Greater Amsterdam region to connect with students, job seekers, and those looking to change careers in an accessible way. Participation is free and open to both Dutch and non-Dutch speaking companies from any industry.

Businesses can showcase their company by hosting registered participants for various events, including tours, meet-and-greets, open hiring events, and workshops. Companies have the flexibility to choose when to open their doors and how to organise their events.

How to participate

Eligible companies must be located in one of the following municipalities: Amsterdam, Haarlemmermeer, Amstelveen, Aalsmeer, Diemen, Ouder-Amstel, De Ronde Venen, or Uithoorn.

Registration is free and must be completed by September 1, 2024.

To participate, companies should:

  1. Register your company: Sign up by September 1st.
  2. Plan your events: Options include tours, hiring events, meet-and-greets, or other activities.
  3. Promote your participation: Use the communication toolkit, which includes free tools, tips, and ideas for promoting your events.
  4. Manage your registrations: Registrations will be emailed to you, allowing direct communication with participants.
