Located in the cultural heart of Amsterdam Noord, this inspiring venue—with 7,000 m² of indoor space and 8,000 m² of outdoor space—offers endless possibilities for events ranging from 250 to a staggering 9,000 guests. Think corporate festivals, trade fairs, conferences, fashion shows, kick-offs, and more. The possibilities are as limitless as the space itself: here, you’ll find a blank canvas for your creative vision. The in-house production team, NDSM Producties, can take the entire creative vision off your hands and elevate your event to a true ‘Wow’ experience. The four unique spaces—the Noordstrook, the Underskate, the Winterkathedraal, and the Theater—come together to create an inspiring environment where your story comes to life.
Sustainability
The NDSM Loods is one of the largest solar roofs in Amsterdam. With nearly 1,400 solar panels and an impressive capacity of 402.6 kilowatt-peak, the loods generates about half of its annual energy needs. But it doesn’t stop there! For the remaining energy, the venue collaborates with the NDSM Energie cooperative, which is dedicated to making the NDSM and the northern IJ waterfront the most sustainable business district in the Netherlands. Together, they are pioneering a future powered by green energy.
