Sustainability

Accor has its own sustainability program: Planet 21. With this program, we tackle the 21 sustainable development goals of the United Nations.

Novotel Amsterdam City main focus around eliminating all single us plastic (mono) packaging and products. For example, we remove in our guestrooms the mini products and replace it for big reusable bottles of soap, shower gel and shampoos. We also collaborate with Senza Tea, so we offer our guests the real tea. Moreover, sustainability is still unskipable since the pre-filled pouches made of 100% compostable material. Furthermore, for every umbrella you rent, we plant a tree. Fun fact: the umbrella we use used to be a plastic bottle.
