Log in to the intermediaries & companies appointment tool (Plan-IN)
Existing clients of IN Amsterdam can schedule appointments for their clients via the appointment tool. It’s new, user-friendly and compatible with all browsers, meaning scheduling appointments with IN Amsterdam is easier than ever.
Plan-IN appointment tool
In order to arrange municipal registration at IN Amsterdam, you first need to book an appointment using the online appointment tool - Plan-IN. Please contact welcome@amsterdam.nl to receive your log-in details for the tool.
Please note that the tool is only available to company contacts or intermediaries that make regular use of IN Amsterdam. Individuals wanting to schedule a one-time appointment are kindly requested to fill out the online appointment form and then call IN Amsterdam at +31 (0)20 254 7999 to schedule a date and time.
Plan-IN should only be used for scheduling appointments at least two days in advance. If you need to make an appointment for an earlier date, you are kindly requested to call IN Amsterdam's back office team directly (+31 (0)20 254 7999 - press ‘1’ after being connected) to check whether a last-minute appointment is available.
Please note that appointments can be scheduled on weekdays only (excluding national holidays) between 8:30 and 16:00.
