Stichting Interculturele Participatie van Chinese Families
The Netherlands Chinese Children Development Foundation aims to achieve its goal of supporting the well-being and health of Chinese families in the Netherlands by:
- Provide Chinese families with relevant knowledge and skills training or guidance for integration and participation in Dutch society;
- Provide Chinese parents with information on parenting skills, Dutch social, cultural and educational matters;
- Carry out various appropriate educational activities for Chinese families and individuals, including but not limited to Chinese-Dutch language and cultural education activities;
- Organize training activities in reading, writing, emotional socialization, psychological resilience, etc., for Chinese children and adolescents;
- Organize exchange and mutual assistance activities for Chinese families, children and young people in the Netherlands, and promote the integration of Chinese children and young people in the Netherlands into Dutch society while retaining their identification and sense of belonging to the Chinese language and culture.
- Serving as a bridge and liaison between Chinese families and official Dutch organizations, providing social support resources, consulting and counselling services to Chinese families who encounter difficulties in the Netherlands;
- Organise cultural exchange activities between Chinese and Dutch families to enhance mutual understanding and support between the Chinese and Dutch communities.
