Amsterdam Center for Entrepreneurship (ACE)
ACE, founded in 2008, is a collaboration between the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, University of Amsterdam, Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and Amsterdam University of the Arts aiming to teach valuable entrepreneurial skills to students and prospective business owners.
Amsterdam Center for Entrepreneurship
ACE emphasises start-ups, education, and research. It previously focused on developing entrepreneurship education and the incubation of start-ups; it has since shifted its focus to the incubation of start-ups and the development of venture labs. ACE is one of the founding partners of Dutch Centers for Entrepreneurship (DutchCE), and is also part of an informal network of national and international entrepreneurial organizations. The school works with three private sector sponsors, including Rabobank Amsterdam, EY and Nuon, to shape its entrepreneurial education offering.
