Tinbergen Institute

Tinbergen Institute is a collaboration between the economics departments of the University of Amsterdam, Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and Erasmus University Rotterdam. It offers a research Master's programme in economics, econometrics and finance, and a range of PhD opportunities – all overseen by renowned international research fellows. 

The university also boasts a summer school. The intensive programmes at Tinbergen Institute Summer School are aimed at students who love to be challenged. The rigorous crash courses take place in small classes, meaning it's a breeze to interact with the institute's world-class lecturers.
