Monastery brewery

In 2015, the Christian community ‘Kleiklooster’ established itself in klusflat Kleiburg (rescued from demolition in 2011). A brewery was established there according to an age-old monastic tradition. The beer brewed in Kleiburg can be sampled in Proefzaak, located in a spacious green hanger. Fish & chips, Moroccan tajine, and tasty veal or veggie burgers are just a selection of dishes you can choose to accompany your beer, either inside or outside on the sunny terrace.
