Distilleerderij 't Nieuwe Diep

‘t Nieuwe Diep Distillery is located in a renovated pumping station in Amsterdam’s Flevopark. Recently opened, the owners produce around 100 of their own jenevers and liqueurs from discovered recipes, available for tasting at the Proeflokaal het Gemaal. It takes a bit of effort to get there, but when you feel the breeze and gaze over the water while sipping strawberry or apple jenever made with home-grown fruit, it’s worth the trip.
