Brouwerij Troost (Oost)

The third branch of Brouwerij Troost (following on from the West and De Pijp branches) is a distillery and eatery in one. Brouwerij Troost Oost turns Troost beers into delicious jenever, gin and bourbon, and you can enjoy classic pub fare amongst the big gleaming tanks full of Pilsner, IPA and Weizen. The business aims to operate as sustainably as possible; for example, by converting organic waste into energy and by using spent grain, a by-product of beer, to make bread. That's what's served in the bread baskets in the pub.
