Sapporo Ramen Sora
With a name that translates to ‘the Sapporo heavens’, it’s no surprise that this Ceintuurbaan ramen shop sets the bar sky-high with its extensive selection of excellent Japanese noodle soups, of which the tonkatsu is the best in town, hands-down. Pork lovers will enjoy the rich broth with layered, clean porcine flavours and noodles with just the right chewiness.

In addition to the Ramen soups, the menu also includes small snacks such as Edamame
Kimchi, and various types of Gyoza, Karaage (Japanese fried chicken) and Takoyaki
(fried Octopus Dumplings). You will find Sapporo Ramen Sora in the heart of the cozy Pijp. Reservations are not possible here; the good news: if it is too busy here, you can go to the 2nd location on the Marco Polostraat in Amsterdam West (so you have already walked off those noodles in advance)
