5&33 is a social meeting place in the historic heart of Amsterdam, mixing together dining, drinks, art, multimedia and relaxation in a fluid, memorable concept. A part of the modern art’otel Amsterdam, 5&33 was named as the best hotel bar in the Netherlands at the Red & Grey Best Hotel Bar Award 2014.
Innovation in art and design
In addition to a restaurant, bar and lounge, there is also a library with a broad range of art, culture, design and lifestyle publications. The public gallery at 5&33 offers a full programme of art and events and is free to enter. Running from the ground floor right up to the gallery at a staggering 12 metres high, the interactive art curtain at 5&33 is one of the largest permanent interactive installations in Europe.
