Espressobars and Gardenhouse
The gardens of the Rijksmuseum are the perfect place to enjoy nature at its best in peace. Between the sculptures in the garden of the Rijksmuseum you will find the Garden House. A place right on the touristy Museumplein in Amsterdam, where you can have a drink in peace.
Espresso bar(s) & Garden house
The garden of the Rijksmuseum is a green oasis of peace in the middle of the centre of Amsterdam. A place that invites you to linger a little longer and enjoy a drink. In the spring and summer this is possible at the Tuinhuis, where you can go for various drinks and snacks.
For coffee and a snack you can go to the espresso bar(s) and in the garden house of the Rijksmuseum. The Espresso bars can be found at the bottom of the monumental staircase on the way to the Gallery of Honour and on the ground floor of the Philips Wing.
The garden house is only open in the summer months and can be found in the garden on the side of the Museumplein. It is located approximately next to the large fountain. You do not need an entrance ticket for the garden.
