Please note: this restaurant is closed. Bluespoon Restaurant is located on the ground floor of the Andaz Amsterdam, a beautiful 5-star hotel located on the Prinsengracht. Like the rest of the hotel, the restaurant area was designed by Marcel Wanders, who gives a unique twist to typical Dutch elements.
