Here, you'll find well-executed vegetarian dishes such as spicy beetroot "rawvioli" with chive "cheese" and caramelised onion, comforting broccoli gnocchi with a creamy sun-dried tomato sauce, silken tofu and cashew garlic "cheese" and healthy fusion sushi with spirulina rice, avocado, black beans and chipotle mayo.
