Hemelse Modder
Hemelse Modder is the name of a heavenly chocolate dessert, but also of this restaurant with a beautiful terrace in the old center of the city. The restaurant has a simple interior with wooden tables and chairs and a wooden floor. The kitchen has been highly regarded for several decades and comes with dishes such as southern French fish soup and artichoke stuffed with chanterelles. And of course not to be missed for dessert: the unsurpassed heavenly mud.
