A Jacketz is a large baked potato. The skin is crispy with salt flakes and high in fiber. The potato itself is flavoured with real Norman crème fraîche, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt and freshly ground pepper. The Jacketz can be filled with a vegetarian, fish, or meat filling, and it is decorated with different cheeses, nut mixes, bacon and homemade sauces.
