Two brothers with completely contradictory characters, yet having one and the same mission: conquer the world with their passion for good food. The Hulscher brothers envisioned it more than a hundred years ago, but they could not immediately agree on the details of their newly purchased palace. You can find them just behind Dam Square, with a view of the Nieuwe Kerk.
The best of both worlds
Fish or meat? It became a brotherly quarrel like no other. In the end, the brothers found each other in a special Amsterdam success story, which their mother described as “the best of both worlds!”
