On 23 February, De Sering is organising and hosting its own fundraiser party! This community kitchen and experimental restaurant is located in Sloterdijk (Rhoneweg 6). In classic de Sering style, this evening is filled with food, drinks, music and live performances.

But this isn't just any party — it's a gathering with a purpose! We're on a mission to raise funds for a Blast Chiller, a crucial addition to our kitchen that will help us continue providing mouthwatering meals to our community.

17:00: Arrive and grab a special cocktail

19:00: Food is served (Testtafel and Volkskeuken)

21:00: Play a game and find out the raffle winner

21:30: Live music

23:00 Various DJs

01:00 Ice cream and fries!

Fundraising

But why do we need a blast chiller? You may ask…

In a community kitchen such as ours, the Blast Chiller is like a magic fridge for chefs: It rapidly cools large amounts of hot food, keeping it safe and tasty for more people to enjoy. It's like having a superhero for your kitchen, preventing food waste and ensuring as many guests as possible can share our community meals.

So please join us for any of the fun on this blast of an evening - if you would like to have Testtafel dinner please reserve your table! (There are limited seats available) and otherwise have a Volkskeuken dinner before the party, with or without a reservation.
