Come jump with your child, on the trampoline field of VROG in Amsterdam Centrum, near the Waterlooplein. Especially for little ones (2-5 years) there is MINIVROG, a jump session for 1 parent + 1 child. Nice moving together!

What is VROG?
VROG is the new urban sports hall of Amsterdam Centrum, with 3000m2 for freerunning, trampoline and dance. Also for parties.
MINIVROG: at specific times, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday morning (except school holidays, check schedule & book online on the website
€10,- for a parent and a child. Trampo socks are mandatory, buy online with your ticket or at reception.
