During this evening we examine the role of women in art and culture. Instead of being muses, models or myths, women are taking control and telling their own stories. This evening's program was co-curated by Elmer and AMPFEMININE.

The inspiration for this Vincent on Friday is Jo van Gogh-Bonger, the woman who made Vincent van Gogh famous. Jo was the wife of Vincent's brother Theo. Without her, the Van Gogh Museum might never have existed.
