Vereniging Museumhaven (Harbour Museum Society)
The Vereniging Museumhaven (Harbour Museum Society) is a sheltered port area in Amsterdam where 20 historical ships are docked. On the quays, old shipyard equipment is also on display. A complimentary brochure is available to accompany your walk down the quay.
Goals
The objectives of the museum are: To preserve and restore historical company vessels. Providing facilities for mooring, restoration and maintenance. Also presenting and informing the public about the construction and use of historic commercial vessels. For more information check the website (in Dutch).
