Movements of Bach: Dance Dialogue is a vibrant performance inspired by Johann Sebastian Bach’s Cello Suite No. 1. Featuring cellist Giorgos Kotsiolis and dancers Fernando Oliveira, Lela Di Costanzo, Pedro Afonso Machado, Rebecca Lillich-Krüger, and Sofia Garcia Miramon, the six movements of the suite are brought to life. In this unique interpretation, each dancer embodies a distinct character shaped by the emotional and rhythmic nuances of Bach's music. The project weaves together improvisation, dance, and theater into a raw, ever-evolving performance where spontaneity and passion take center stage.
