Feel the different touch, the push and pull of pressure, and explore resistance flowing or surrendering to the movement of the others.

For those who prefer to ease into the experience, there is a space to practice without oil And you're encouraged to come with curiosity and openness ready to communicate your boundaries with clarity and respect. Join by signing the RSVP and discover the joy of wrestling in olive oil. Don't forget to bring a bottle of Olive Oil and a towel and slippers swimwear, underwear that can get drenched in Olive Oil and soap. There are showers in the building.
