Phil Rosenthal, originally a theater student from New York, made a name for himself in the entertainment industry with his work as an actor, writer and director. His first major success came in the 1990s with the iconic CBS sitcom Everybody Loves Raymond , which he created and produced. During the series' 9-year run, it received over 70 Emmy nominations and won 15 times, including two for Outstanding Comedy Series.

Rosenthal’s true passion, however, is in combining travel, food, and human connection. In 2015, he debuted the James Beard Award-winning culinary travel series I’ll Have What Phil’s Having on PBS. This success led to the launch of Somebody Feed Phil on Netflix, which has now run for 7 seasons and is set to expand to an eighth.

Somebody Feed Phil is more than just a culinary show; it’s a celebration of culture, humor, and humanity. Rosenthal’s unique approach and infectious enthusiasm have earned him a worldwide audience. His sold-out live tour gives fans a behind-the-scenes look, featuring personal stories, recipes, and footage from the show.

The tour follows the success of his book Somebody Feed Phil: The Book , which became a New York Times Bestseller. Rosenthal recently co-published the children's book Just Try It: A Phil and Lil Book with his daughter Lily, inspiring younger generations to discover new flavors.
