Cinekid Festival
The 38th edition of Cinekid Festival opens on Sunday afternoon, October 20, in Pathé Amsterdam Noord with the world premiere of the animated film Victor Vleermuis. Cinekid organizes 10 festivals throughout the country for children between the ages of 3 and 14. In Amsterdam you can experience Cinekid at various places in the city, with Pathé Amsterdam Noord as the main location. Children are alone there. If you can't go to a festival location, there is Cinekid Play, the online place with new films, workshops, games and other interactive experiences. Cinekid also goes on tour in many cities in the Netherlands.

By going to the children and creating an online platform, Cinekid can reach, connect and inspire even more children with surprising film experiences so that they and the world can benefit a little bit. The Cinekid Festival takes place every year during the autumn break in October. In 2021, Cinekid Festival took place at forty festival locations in the country. In addition, Cinekid can also be experienced online all year round, on Cinekid Play .
