Close Encounters of the Queer Kind - Amsterdam Gay Men's Chorus
The Amsterdam Gay Men's Chorus (AMSGMC) brings its annual summer show to Muziekgebouw aan 't IJ! This time on a journey of discovery that will reveal the many meanings of 'in space' for the queer community. Reflecting the choir's own diverse musical tastes, nearly 100 singers and dancers will perform space-themed hits from the likes of Jamiroquai, Lady Gaga, Björk, Radiohead and the indispensable David Bowie.

AMSGMC is the most prominent LGBTQ+ choir in the Netherlands, consisting of gay, bi and queer men from more than 30 nationalities. The choir's mission is to use the power of music and dance to bring people together in a setting where they can be themselves.
