Composer's portrait Guus Janssen
Pianist, organist and composer Guus Janssen is a welcome guest in the Orgelpark. His series of new compositions is reason to dedicate a composers portrait to him. Janssen published a collection of new organ music from which a number of works will be played tonight. And to give the evening even more sparkle, pianist Gerard Bouwhuis will play the premiere of a series of variations for piano.

Program
Guus Janssen talks about his relationship with the organ: how does he see the instrument, and how does that determine his organ music? Organist Geerten van de Wetering also participates in the interview, who will perform in the concert tonight. Together with Janssen he prepared the program meticulously. The discussion leader is Hans Fidom; the conversation lasts over an hour.
