Performing arts

Meervaart considers performing arts to be of important social value. A theater visit is an enriching experience, offers space for surprise and provides new insights. The theater shows crowd pullers from the large companies, but has also given a solid place to the multicultural home-grown cabaret for several years.

Children and young people

Meervaart also programs talent development activities for children and young people under the name Meervaart Jong & Meervaart Studio. Children and young people from the neighborhood can follow year courses and workshops in their spare time at Jeugdtheaterschool Meervaart Jong and Talentencentrum Meervaart Studio.
