Unable to live in Russia or Belarus, former TV presenter in Russia, Sasja Filipenko, became a novelist and wrote Red Crosses ('Uitgewiet'). Tonight he will talk about speaking truth to power, using art as a political weapon and the ways in which the Soviet past continues to influence Belarus and Russia today.
