SUPERNATET and dance Bram Stadhouders
Not an organist but a guitarist playing the Fokker organ with his guitar. Bram Stadhouders creates a unique three-dimensional sound world with his surround guitar. Ambient, electrifying and layered, with the Fokker organ as an unwavering foundation. Meanwhile, dancers add a hypnotic visual component. Bram Stadhouders doesn’t give a concert but rather an experience that puts the organ in a new light at the Muziekgebouw.

Bram Stadhouders
Bram Stadhouders is one of today’s most versatile and adventurous guitarists. He expands the world of the guitar in many ways and creates magical musical experiences. In his Big Barrel project, for instance, he used the guitar to play a barrel organ, and he developed the ‘surround guitar’ to embrace the listener, as it were, with sounds. He works with the Netherlands Chamber Choir, Baroque Orchestration X, and Under the Surface, among others. With the Fokker organ, he now also opens up the world of microtones.
Concert and guided tour
After this concert, you can join a guided tour of the Muziekgebouw (Dutch-spoken), which starts at 13:00. The ticket for the guided tour costs €10.
