The Richel is an intimate theater for cabaret, cabaret, theater & music in the heart of Amsterdam. It is located in a beautiful, monumental building on the Nieuwezijds Voorburgwal, close to the Palace on De Dam on one side and Het Spui on the other.
Various productions
From July 2024, Theatre the Richel will be collectively run and programmed by Nicoline, Timo, Rosa, Elisabeth, Patrick and Kyrian; six young actors, who create performances together under the name The Theatertroep. Within The Richel, the Theatergroep is the main supplier of, satirical productions in its infamous vaudeville style.
