After the successful performance 'De Foetushemel' (2023), Ulrike Quade Company and OTION (Guillermo Armand Blinker) are joining forces again. 'UNBORN' is an intimate theatrical concert in which ambient neo-soul, R&B, hip-hop, and Indigenous rhythms merge. With 'UNBORN,' both parties add a dimension to their collaboration, exploring how transformation, music, and visual theater can strengthen each other.

Inspired by transformation processes and superhuman perspectives, UNBORN combines confusion, melancholy, joy, resistance and surrender into a symphony of human emotion. It is a poetic introduction to a spiritual journey of discovery and growth, where you are invited to travel with OTION through its inner universe. UNBORN explores personal transformation and liberation and asks questions such as: what or who influences my transformation, and how can I consciously relinquish old versions of myself?
