Synopsis

Venus in Furs is a two man play, set in New York. Thomas Novacheck (the main part) is a writer. His play will soon be on stage for the first time. He is complaining on the phone about the lack of talent from all the actresses that came to audition for the main part of his play (Vanda von Dunayev). At the last moment Wanda Jordan enters the audition room. She is reckless, vulgaire and has no schooling, but she convinces Thomas to let her audition for the role.
