Visitor Insight
Visitor Insight is the knowledge library of amsterdam&partners where everyone can view an image of the current visit to the city of Amsterdam in an accessible way.The platform consists of an extensive collection of data, insights, reports, trends and analyzes regarding visitors, residents, companies and conferences focused on the city and the metropolis.The platform also displays the monthly visitor figures of a large number of museums, attractions and theaters. By sharing these insights, we want to support professionals, researchers and policymakers in making data-driven decisions regarding Amsterdam and the region. Partners of amsterdam&partners can view the data in more detail with a requested free login.
Impact monitor
Twice a month we publish the most up-to-date picture of visitor behavior in Amsterdam and its surroundings based on a number of core indicators. Consider orientation and booking behavior and travel and visiting behavior. We do this on the basis of a large number of data sources and in collaboration with many organizations and institutions, including the NBTC, the Research, Information and Statistics department of the Municipality of Amsterdam (OIS), the Schiphol Group, Visitor Data and our European partners via the City Destinations Alliance (CityDNA).
Key figures visitors
With the 'Key Figures Visitors' survey, we continuously collect data about the profile and visiting and spending behavior of national and international visitors to the metropolis.The fieldwork is carried out at a large number of locations within Amsterdam and the region.For a representative dataset, we include various aspects in the research, including countries of origin of visitors and day versus overnight visits.The data and insights are shared annually with partners, through presentations and reports.
