Submissions and processing time
Events for all print and online publications can be submitted using the submission form below. Correctly submitted events are entered in our database and appear on the website no later than 14 working days before the implementation date. As publisher, amsterdam&partners reserves the right to edit the information. The editorial team ultimately determine whether the submitted event is included in the print and online publications.
Copyright-free (image) materials
Information, text and visual material should always be rights-free for use by amsterdam&partners. In the event of a copyright violation, the responsibility lies with the supplying party. Images must meet the following requirements:
- File format: JPEG
- Landscape pictures of 1800 x 1020 pixels
- No text or logos in the pictures
- No black and white pictures
Dutch and English language events
Data must always be entered in Dutch. An English description can also be added. To do so, check the box below the input field. It is possible to post an event in English only. Please enter a description in both languages. Add a note that the event should only be posted in English.
Deadlines Uitkrant
To participate in the Uitkrant editions, please register your event before the specified dates. The selection of events is taken from our database, and the final choice is made by the editors.
- February/March: Monday, 29 December 2025
- April/May: Monday, 23 February 2026
- June/July: Friday, 24 April 2026
- August/September: Monday, 29 June 2026
- October/November: Monday, 24 August 2026
- December 2026/January 2027: Monday, 26 October 2026
- February/March 2027: Monday, 28 December 2026
