Beer? Come visit Brouwerij Troost. They brew all their own beer in this former monastery in the Amsterdamse Pijp. Take the beers home with you, or drink them on the spot while enjoying a hearty bite. In addition to the brewery in De Pijp, Troost has a second location on the Westergas site.

Beer should be accompanied by good food and that is also possible at Brouwerij Troost. The kitchen of Brouwerij Troost De Pijp is open until 10:30 PM to make you the tastiest burgers, salads, bitterballen, spare ribs, nachos, cheesecakes and much more.
Every Monday and Tuesday evening you can go to Troost de Pijp for the Brouwerij Troost Pub Quiz! In teams of two to a maximum of five people, you answer questions spread over several rounds. There is always a music and a picture round, and a special theme round. The theme will be communicated well in advance via our socials, so prepare well! For the rest, you can finally use all that useless information in your brain for a higher purpose. Participating in the pub quiz will cost you ���1 per person and the winners will earn a torn drinks bill. But the losers have also been taken into account, because for them there is of course a Consolation Prize and the treasure question with which you have a chance to win a portion of bitterballen with more luck than wisdom.
