Restaurant Beulings is hidden in a beautiful spot, in a quiet side street of Herengracht. The food is honest and pure, an Italian-French fusion, no-nonsense kitchen. Almost everything is homemade, from the sausages with fennel seed to the lobster ravioli. Every day has a different menu, ranging from three to five courses. It has a wonderful, modern classic interior.
Opening times and private dinners
Beulings is open for dinner on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Private dinners for groups of up to 20 people can be booked on Wednesdays and Sundays.
