Quattro Gatti
Quattro Gatti in the Negen Straatjes is a typical Italian restaurant. In a canteen-like atmosphere you can eat pure, authentic Italian dishes such as veal with truffle, sausages on charcoal and pasta with fresh lobster. Everything is homemade: from the bread to the pasta and desserts. The restaurant is popular and small – only 22 seats – so call ahead.

Thursday to Sunday from 12:00 to 18:00. On Saturday the doors open at 11:00 for Italian breakfast.
But Quattro Gatti is not a conventional restaurant, the times are very flexible, sometimes they open or close earlier or later. Sometimes they are busy with other projects and sometimes they open on days when they are normally closed. They are also open for private dining and organize themed dinners.
