VROG Urban Movement
A few meters from the Opera and the Waterlooplein Market, you will find VROG, the only Parkour/freerunning and trampoline hall in the center of Amsterdam. Hidden in a converted car tunnel, VROG boasts 3000m2 of dedicated space to engage in urban sport and movement for all ages. Join in for trampoline jumping (from 6 years, also 'minivrog' jumping for 2/5 years), freerunning training (6+/adults), breakdance or K-pop dance training for children's parties, team outings or company events for up to 300 guests. The entrance is in front of the Portuguese Synagogue.

Step inside and discover the enormous parkour/freerunning zone, trampoline facilities, unique fully equipped dance studio, and the central platform for dance battles, demos and events. Get excited about the Ninja course for children and groups, and enjoy a drink at the cafe for a spectacular view of the sport.
