We like to share this through inspiring workshops, guided tours and a new way of thinking about "waste". Program
In the Eester community space, you will find kitchen cabinets made from an old conference table, a bench made of waste wood and lamps made from local crockery. And much more! Do you also want to learn to upcycle at home or work? Then come to the Eester during 24 Hours East. This is what you can expect:
- 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM: Upcycle workshops, including:
- Making lamps from dishware, inspired by Ruwe Bolster lighting
- Recycling neighborhood plastic with PlasticLab to create wall tiles and household items
- Making home decorations from old textiles
- 11:30 AM and 2:00 PM: How to create a circular interior?
- Inspiration tour through community space de Eester: see not only what we have done, but also learn how we achieved it and what it involves. This way, you can also start creating an interior with reused materials!
- 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM: Walk-in consultation on circular interior design
- Do you have an idea for your house, office, or community space and don't know how to start? Come by and we will help you explore the possibilities. Bring photos and a floor plan.
